We need someone who can lead from the front, making appointments yourself whilst motivating a new team to follow in your footsteps. The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer based around the Midlands area  to join one of the UK’s most dynamic Print Solutions businesses. If you have at least 1 year’s experience in servicing MFD printers/copiers, then this exciting field based role could be just what you are looking for!

The successful candidate will be directly supporting our clients’ printing requirements and equipment at their premises providing unrivalled support levels at all times. You will have comprehensive experience in servicing and repairing multi-function print products and associated equipment.

Experience of working with HP, Sharp, Samsung or Canon products preferred but full training will be given.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, and be IT literate. A flexible approach and “can-do” attitude is essential.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Repairing and servicing equipment in a professional manner, ensuring customer excellence
  • Achieving a high first time fix rate and a low recall percentage
  • Following servicing schedules and highlighting problem machines
  • The ability to install and network devices and software – full training will be provided
  • Ideal locations include but not limited to: Northants, Lincs, Cambs, Notts, Leics

We are always on the lookout for experienced Sales Executives to drive new business sales and develop existing accounts to offer the wide range of services that the Company offers. The Ideal candidate will have experience in new business acquisition for managed services or infrastructure projects, and should be comfortable working in a technical environment.

You must have:

  • The ideal candidate must have 2+ years’ experience ideally from a Print Managed Services background.
  • Experience of creating an opportunity with a prospect/client to completion of a complex technical sale delivering a range of services.
    Specific knowledge of dealing with mid-market and corporate SMEs and tactical sales knowledge of engaging with different types & sizes of customers.
  • Ability to quickly qualify opportunities, managing a good win rate.
  • Adaptability and a positive approach to change.
